Heat water in a heavy bottom vessel with salt and oil. When it starts boiling reduce flame and pour complete flour as one lump in the centre of that water. Insert a laddle in the middle, close with a lid and cook in reduced flame for 10 minutes. Remove from fire and quickly mix it with the laddle. When it becomes luke warm, knead to smooth dough by sprinkling more water if necessary. Make small orange sized balls and roll chapatis, using rice flour for dredging. Fry on a hot tawa using 1 tsp of oil for each chapati. Serve hot with peas masala or fried beans subji.
