Ingredients:

Cooked Rice 1 cup

Cooked Mashed Potatoes 1 cup

Finely Chopped Onions 1/4 cup

Green Chillies, chopped 4

Araroot flour 2 tbsp

salt, Lemon juice to taste

Semolina for coating

Oil for deep frying
Method:
Take together rice, potatoes, onion, green chillies, araroot flour, salt
and lemon juice. Mix very well. Divide into ten balls. Make them flat and
square in shape. Coat with semolina. Deep fry in oil till golden brown,
Serve hot with chutney.
