Potato Bhajee

Boil and peel potatoes, cut into small pieces. Peel and chop onion. Heat fat, add cumin and turmeric, fry for 3-5 minutes. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Mix together curd, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Add to browned onions, cook covered for a few minutes. Add potatoes, simmer for 10 minutes and serve hot.
