Boil plantains with turmeric and salt. Peel skin and grate them and keep it aside. Fry mustard, urad dal, chana dal, hing, turmeric, curry leave, red chillies, finely chopped ginger, lemon juice and salt in 2 tsp of oil and then add the grated plantains. Let this cook for a few minutes and then garnish with cilantro.
