Peas Kheer

Pour the milk into a clean saucepan. Then add the green peas. Boil for abour 5 mins. Then add the chopped cashewnuts, raisins and the cardamom powder. Make a thin paste of the rice flour with a little water and add to the simmering milk. Then mix in the sugar and keep stirring till a soft custard like kheer is formed. Serve hot or cold as desired.
