Masala Noodles
Ingredients:
- Noodles, boiled 2 cups
- Capsicum, shredded 1
- Green chillies, finely chopped 2
- Spring onions 1/2 cup
- Carrot, cut into strips 1/2 cup
- Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil add spring onions, capsicum, green chillies and carrots. Saute the vegetables until cooked but crisp. Mix tomato ketchup, red chilli
powder, soya sauce and salt to taste. Serve hot sprinkled with coriander leaves.
