Cook and mash potatoes. Add salt, ginger, green chillies, coriander, lemon and sugar to the potatoes. knead to a dough. Make small balls out of this potato dough and deep fry them. Cook peas. Fry coriander seeds, cumin seeds and red chillies. Grind to a powder. Heat oil and add the chopped cashewnuts. When they turn brown add the ground powder. After 2 minutes add the chopped tomatoes. Add lemon juice to it. Now add the buttermilk and turmeric powder. Let them boil. When they start thicken or the buttermilk foams add the deep fried potato balls in it slowly. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
