Manathakali Keerai
Ingredients:
- Oil to season
- mustard 1 tsp
- urad dal 1 tsp
- asafoetida a pinch
- baking soda a pinch
- manathakali leaves 2 bunches, washed and cleaned
- red chillies 3
Method:
Take oil and fry urad dal, red chilly, mustard and asafoetida. Then add the greens. Add soda and salt to taste. Let te green cook. When done remove
from fire and serve.
