Malasian Rice
Ingredients:
- rice 1 cups
- salad oil 2 tbsp
- coconut extract 2 cups
- salt to taste
- onion 1 chopped
- fresh pineapple 1/4 cup diced
- grated carrots 2 tbsp
- grated cucumber 2 tbsp
- crated raw mango 2 tbsp
- onions 1 and red chillies 5 to grind
Method:
Soak rice for 10 minutes. Grind onions and red chillies to a smooth paste and mix with coconut extract. Pressure cool rice in this coconut extract. Squeeze grated
cucumber to remove extra water. peel outer skin from mangoes and grate it. When the rice is cooked and still hot add grated vegetables and pine apple pieces with
enough salt and salad oil. Mix gently and serve immediately.
