Lampries
Ingredients:
- rice 1 kg
- oil 50 gm
- onion(small) 115 gm
- cloves, cardamm, cinnamon, pepper 2 gm
- salt to taste
- stock 2 litre
Method:
Wash and soak rice. Slice onions, Heat fat. Add a third of the sliced onions and fry. Add rice and fry for a few minutes longer. Add stock and rest of the ingredients except cardamom. When
rice is half cooked add cardamom. Pressure cook the rice till done and serve.
