Jam Pan Rolls
Ingredients :

Wheat flour 1/2 cup

Maida 1 tbsp

Raisins a few
-
Oil for frying

Sooji 1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Any jam 3 tbsp

Coconut gratings 2 tbsp
Method:
Make a batter with all the flours and sooji with sufficient water. Add
finely grated coconut and chopped raisins; Keep aside for an hour. Prepare
thin pancakes, frying on both sides with a tsp of fat. Spread a tsp of
jam and roll. Place a blob of jam in the centre of the roll and serve hot.
