Jack Fruit Kababs
Ingredients:

Jack fruit 1/4 kg, boiled in salt water

Potatoes 1/2 cup, boiled and mashed

Oil 2 tbsp

Chopped onions 1/4 cup

Green chillies 3, chopped

Amchur powder 1 tbsp

Garam masala 1/4 tsp

Corn flour 2 tbsp
-
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying

Lemon slices and onion, tomato salad
Method:
Mash boiled jack fruit pieces to a pulp. Heat oil, saute onions and green
chillies. Add all ingredients and mix well. Remove from heat and cool.
Make lemon sized balls. Heat oil and deep fry to very light color. At time
of serving, either deep fry to golden color or skewer and roast on coals
to make crisp. Serve with slices of lemon and onion and tomato salad.
