Horse Radish Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup horse radish
• 4 tbsp white vinegar
• 4 tsp granulated sugar

Method:

Slice radish into 1/4" pieces and grind till radish is completely crushed. Add white vinegar and sugar and again grind till smooth. Chill and serve as accompaniment.
