Honeydew Tarts
Ingredients:

Margarine or butter 50 gm

Maida 100 gm

Powdered sugar 2 tsp

A pinch of salt

Ice cold water to mix
For Filling:
-
Honey 6 tbsp

Chopped pineapple 1/2 cup

Chopped walnuts 1 tbsp

Method For Filling:
Mix together honey, pineapple pieces and chopped walnuts.
Method:
Sieve the flour with salt. Cut the margarine or butter with knife and mix
the flour. Add sugar and mix till it resembles bread crumbs. Gradually
add cold water till it attains rolling consistency. Keep in the fridge
for 15 mins. Roll it out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out with a fluted cutter
and place it in the patty tins. Prick with a fork. Bake in an oven for
15 to 20 minutes till done. Remove and cool. Fill it with honey mixture
and serve immediately.
