Honey Granola
Ingredients:

Oatmeal 4 cups

Wheat germ 2 1/2 cups

Sunflower seeds 1 cup

Sesame Seeds 1 cup

Dessicated coconut 1 cup

Raw peanuts 1 cup

Ground cinnamon 2 tsp

Honey 3/4 cup

Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, heat together honey and oil.
Pour slowly over the dry ingredients mixing thoroughly. Bake in a shallow
pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from
the oven. Add 1 cup raisins if desired and mix well.
