Green Puris
Ingredients:

wheat flour 1/2 cup

flour 1/2 cup

maize flour 1/2 cup

oil 1/4 cup

finely chopped coriander leaves 1 cup

finely chopped mint leaves 6

ginger-chilli paste 1 tbsp

cummin seed powder 1 tsp

oil for deep fryiung

salt to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients and make dough like puri. Knead well and make 20 balls.
Roll into puris. Deep fry in oil on medium heat to make them crisp. Serve
puri as dry snack.
Yields 6 pieces
