Method:

Mix salt and pepper to the vegetables and spread them at the bottom of a mould. For green pulao, melt ghee in a vessel and add green masala paste. Saute for a few minutes. Add rice and saute for 2 mins. Add 2 cups water and salt to taste. Cook on medium heat till rice is cooked and water is absorbed. Mix curd. For white pulao, melt ghee in a vessel, add masala paste and saute for a few minutes. Add rice and saute for 2 minutes. Add water and salt to taste. Cook on medium heat till rice is cooked and water is absorbed. Mix curd and corns. Spread green pulao on the vegetable layer in the prepared mould. Level and press lightly. Spread white pulao on it. Level and press lightly. Unmould on a serving plate. Decorate with lemon slices, carrot pieces and green peas. Serve hot.
