Fruit Masala
Ingredients:

2 cups mixed fruit chunks(pineapple,black grapes, sweet lime, orange, seedless
grapes)

1 tbsp garam masala powder

1 tbsp honey
-
2 medium sized tomatoes
-
2 green chillies
-
1 tbsp chopped green coriander
-
2 tbsp butter
-
2 tbsp cream
-
1 medium sized onion
-
salt to taste
Method:
Put butter in the kadai and fry sliced onion till golden brown. Add the
chinely chopped tomatoes and sliced green chillies. Pour in one cup of
water. When it bubbles, add the fruits, honey, garam masala powder and
salt to taste. Simmer for a few minutes. Drizzle cream on top. Sprinkle
chopped green coriander and serve hot.
