Drumstick Leaves Powder

Separate the tender drumstick leaves from its bark. Wash and wipe with a cloth. Dry by spreading on a clean cloth. When it is completely dry, roast it in a heat shallow pan till it becoems crisp. Remoce from fire and powder it. Dry roast black gram dal and sesame seeds separately. Fry red chillies alone in oil. Powder everything together. At the end add drumstic leaves powder, salt, tamarind and garlic. Pound well. Store in clean dry jar.
