Dosai Millagai Podi
Ingredients:
- red chillies 20
- toor dal 3/4 cup
- urad dal 2 tsp
- asafoetida a small pinch
- sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp or as required
Method:
Dry roast sesame seeds. Heat oil and fry red chillies and dals. Grind them along with salt and asafoetida powder.
