Double Decker Bars
Ingredients:

Fine coconut gratings 4 cups

Cocoa powder 3 tbsp

4 tbsp oil

Mawa (optional) 1 cup

Rose essence 3/4 drops

Sugar 4 cups

Small bits of cashewnuts, walnuts and almonds 2 tbsps
Method:
Put coconut gratings, mawa and sugar in a strong-bottomed vessel. Cook
till the moisture evaporates. Keep aside, stir half the quantity till the
mixture leaves the sides of the vessel. Pour on a plate and flatten the
mass into half an inch thick square. Now take the other half and add cocoa,
nuts and essence. Stir till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
Pour over the first(white) layer and flatten evenly and press. Cut into
1" X 2" bars while still warm.
