Cucumber Chutney

Method:

Heat one teaspoon of oil; fry the dal, chillies, asafoetida and curry leaves till light brown.

Add the peel and fry for five more minutes and allow to cool. Grind to a coarse paste along with the rest of the ingredients. Season with the mentioned ingredients.

Serve with rice, chapati or puries.
