Rid the tamarind seeds. Fry brown, in oil, coriander seeds, urad dal and channa dal one by one. Fry mustard in oil. Gry red chillies in oil for a couple of minutes. Grind tamarind salt, red chillies and coriander seeds into a fine powder, then add mustard, urad dal, asafoetida powder and channa dal and grind all over again and serve.
