Coconut Pan Rolls
Ingredients :

Maida 2 cups

Eggs 2

Milk 1 cup

Sugar 2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Ghee to cook pancakes
Ingredients For Filling:

Grated coconut 2 cups

Powdered Sugar 1 cup

Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp * if eggs are to be avoided, 2 tbsp of melted butter
can be added.
Method:
Mix maida with sugar and salt. Beat eggs lightly and add to maida with
the milk. Add enough water to make a thin batter. Keep aside for half an
hour. Mix all the ingredients for filling together. Make thin pancakes
with the batter using ghee, fill with the filling and roll up. Served trickled
with honey or golden syrup.
