Cocodal Marble
Ingredients

Coconut gratings 4 cups

Jaggery powder 2 cups

Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

A few cashew bits

Urad dal 3/4 cup

Rice Flour 2 tsps

Ghee for frying
Method:
Cook coconut gratings with jaggery till mixture becomes dry. Add cashew
nuts and cardamom powder. Make small marble-sized balls. Soak urad dhal
for an hour. Drain and grind to a smooth paste. Add rice flour and a little
water to make a thick consistency. Heat ghee; dip each ball in the batter
and deep fry till crisp. Serve hot when cool.
