Chilli Sauce
Ingredients:
- Red capsicum 225 gm (or)
- Red chillies 115 gm
- Garlic 450 gm
- Ginger small piece
Method:
Remove seeds from capsicum (or) chillies. Peel and chop ginger and garlic. Grind together all ingredients using vinegar.
Mix all ingredients together.
