Banana Curry Soup
Ingredients:

Butter 1 oz

Onion chopped 1

Curry powder heaped tsp

Vegetarian stock 1 1/2 pints

Ripe bananas, sliced 12 oz

Whipping cream 1/4 pint

Salt to taste
Method:
Melt the butter in a pan and saute onions for five minutes. Stir in the
curry powder and cook for 1 minute. Add stock, banana and salt. Simmer
for 15 mins uncovered. Put in blender until well mixed. Stir in cream and
reheat to serve. Serve cold to taste delicious.
