Ingredients For Kofta:

Method For Kofta:

Grind all the ingredients and make a thick dough. Shape dough into small koftas or balls of 1" size and deep fry on medium heat.

Masala For Curry:

Method For Malai:

Fry ginger, garlic and onions. Add remaining ingredients except curd and cream. Cover and cook till ghee seperates. Add beaten curd, cook for a minute. Add koftas, thick cream and serve.
