Soya Granules And Broken Wheat Pulao



Take soya granules and prepare them as per the instructions on the packet. Wash and soak broken wheat and moong dal for an hour. Add half a tsp salt and a quarter tsp of turmeric powder. Pressure cook. Heat and melt ghee. Add spices, saute for half a minute. Add sliced onion and saute till pink. Add garlic, green chillies and ginger. Saute for a minute. Add tomato pieces and cooked soya granules. Add salt to taste and chilli powder. Saute for a few minutes. Now mix cooked broken wheat and moong dal and serve hot.
