1 Cup Sabudana
2-3 finely chopped green chillies
1/3 Cup groundnut powder.
1/2 tsp. Cumin Seeds
Oil to fry Vadas ,
Salt to taste.
Soak sabudana for 4-5 hours in water. Boil and mash potatoes to paste.
Add all the other ingredients to the soaked sabudana along with mashed
potato paste. Make vadas as usual and fry them in hot oil.
