Pineapple And Cake Bars

Method:

Place the cake slices on a board. Chop the pineapple slices and sprinkle them on top of the cake slices. Whip the dairy cream, icing sugar and a few drops of red food color lightly and spread this mixture over the pineapple pieces. Refrigerate till serving time. Then cut bars and serve immediately.
