Peas Green Masala Curry


For The Green Masala:


Grind all the ingredients for the masala to a fine paste. Heat the butter in the cooker and fry the finely sliced onion to a golden brown. Then add the ground masala and fry till the raw smell disappears. Add the green peas and enough of the masala water to make a thick gravy. Add salt to taste. Pressure cook for two minutes only. Serve hot with a salad and white rice.
