Fruit Masala



Put butter in the kadai and fry sliced onion till golden brown. Add the chinely chopped tomatoes and sliced green chillies. Pour in one cup of water. When it bubbles, add the fruits, honey, garam masala powder and salt to taste. Simmer for a few minutes. Drizzle cream on top. Sprinkle chopped green coriander and serve hot.
