Fried Rice

Slice onions. Clean and soak rice. Heat fat. Fry onions till crisp and golden brown and remove. Fry whole garam masala. When it crackles, add rice and fry. Add hot water in the proportion of 1:2 and add salt and cook. When rice is cooked, finish offeither in the oven or with live coal or with the lid covered. Serve hot, garnish with fried onions.
