Dessicated coconut 50 gms
Plain flour 50 gms
Pinch of salt
Sugar 25 gms
Butter ir margarine 50 gms
Honey 1 tbsp
Glazed cherries optional
Sieve flour and salt into a basin. Add coconut, rub in the butter, add
the sugar and honey and knead the mixture well. Flour the the hands and
roll the mixture into small balls. Put on to the greased baking sheets
and flatten with thumbs. Place a small piece of cherry on each biscuit.
Bake in a moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
