Cauliflower Paratha

Wash cauliflower and soak in salted water for 1 hour. Clean and grate it using a grater. Chop onions into fine pieces. Heat butter in a frying pan and tamper with cumin seeds. Add grated cauliflower and fry in a high flame stirring constantly till raw smell goes. Mix other powder ingredients and fry for another one minute. Remove from fire and mix finely cut raw onions and coriander leaves to that. Use 1 tbsp of filling for each paratha.
