Wash and soak the rice overnight. Dry them by spreading in a cloth for few minutes. Grind it to a fine powder and keep aside. Melt the jaggery in a cup of water and make a thick syrup. Add the rice flour to this syrup slowly and stir well. Remove from flame and make sure that no lumps are there. When slightly cool make big lime size balls out of this mixture. Heat oil in a thick bottom pan and pat each ball into a thin round disc. Spread some sesame seeds to this roundels and fry them in oil in a low flame till deep brown.
