Yam Sen Mee Salat
Ingredients:
- Rice vermicelli, cooked 200 gm
- Tender ginger, jullienned 1 inch
- Green chillies, deseeded and jullienned 2
- Paneer, jullienned 1/2 cup
- Carrot, jullienned 1/2 cup
- Chopped celery 1/4 cup
- Sliced spring onions 1/2 cup
- Roasted and coarsely powdered peanuts 1/4 cup
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Celery sticks, tomatoes to garnish
Method:
Prepare all the ingredients of the salad and mix and toss lightly in a large bowl. Take out in a serving plate and garnish with
celery sticks and tomatoes.
Serves 8 to 10
