Vepdu
Ingredients:

Potatoes 4 medium sized

Red chilli powder 2 tea spoon

Salt to taste

mustard and cumin seeds
Method:
Peel potatoes and cut them into medium sized cubes. Take some amount of
oil in a pan and heat it. When it is quite hot, put mustard and cumin seeds
and also the potato cubes. Keep on stirring without reducing the heat.
When potatoes are half fried (sort of) put salt and chilli powder and reduce
the heat and cook for some 3 minutes.
