Vadapi
Ingredients:
- maize flour 2 1/2 cups
- wheat flour 1 cup
- channa flour handfull
- roasted gram flour handful
- rice flour 1/2 cup
- fresh curd 1 tbsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- salt 2 tsp
- green chilli paste 1 tsp
- oil 1/4 cup for the dough
- grated cucumber 2 cups
- gingelly seeds 1 tbsp
- more oil for deep frying
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in mixing bowl. Sprinkle little water and knead to stiff dough. Roll out into thick, small circles and deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
