Coconut: 1

Urid Dal: 1 tsp

Curry leaves

Tamarind: Small lemon sized

a pinch asafoetida
Method:
Grate the coconut and fry till it becomes dry. Add 2 tsp oil and fry asafoetida,
urid dal, green chillies, curry leaves. Mix salt and tamarind to the fried
coconut and grind coarsely without adding or sprinkling water.
