Tri-Jam
Ingredients :

Wheat flour 2 cups

Salt a pinch

Butter for frying

Milk cream 2 tbsp

Jam 8 tsp
Method:
Make a soft dough with flour, salt, cream and enough water. Knead well
and keep aside for 4-5 hours. Divide the dough into 12 portions. Roll out
each portion into 1/8" thick round. Cut into half, keep a tsp of jam in
one half and fold the other half over, to ger a triangle. Press the edges
firmly. Bake on a tava on both sides. Put half a tsp of butter all around
and shallow fry till brown and crisp.
