Tandoori Naan
Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups maida
-
1/2 tsp sugar
-
1/2 cup curds
-
1/2 cup milk
-
2 tbsp butter
-
salt to taste
-
a pinch of baking powder
Method:
Knead the maida with butter, curds, milk, sugar, baking powder and salt.
The mixture should not be too stiff. Cover with a moist cloth for about
an hour. Then divide into equal portions. Roll out into desired shapes.
Wet one side of the rolled out dough and skick it firmly on the heated
iner side of the lid of the tandoor. Bake for about four to five minutes.
