Sprouted Moong Salad
Ingredients:
- Moong, sprouted 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup
- Onions, chopped 1/2 cup
- Cucumber, chopped 1/2 cup
- Ginger, grated 1/2 tsp
- Chilli, minced 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Garlic salad dressing 3 tbsp
For Garlic Salad Dressing:
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Curd/yogurt 1 tbsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Combine all the ingredients and grind to a fine paste for garlic salad dressing. Refrigerate. Mix all the salad ingredients gently. Adjust the
seasoning if need be. Transfer to a salad bowl. Garnish with a circular tomato slice in the centre and four quartered ones around it. Chill and
serve.
