Spicy Flowers
Ingredients:

Cardamom Peel 1 cup

Curd (sour) 1 cup

Salt to taste

Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Method:
Select intact flower __ like peels(without dismembering the petals). Beat
the curds well; add salt, pepper powder and the peel and allow to soak
overnight. Drain and dry in the sun thoroughly. Store in air tight jar.
Deep fry in hot oil and use as garnish for pulavs or chewdas.
