Spiced Green Beans

Dry roast sesame seeds until they are slightly brown and keep aside Grind them when they are cool along with coconut. Heat oil and season with mustard seeds. Add garlic when the mustard seeds splutters and fry till brown. Add red chillies, turmeric and coriander powder and stir well. Add beans, salt and cook until the beans are tender, stirring occassionally. Add the sesame and coconut powder to the beans. Cook for another 5 minutes and remove from heat.
