Buy fresh bread. Put in a polythene cover, close properly and keep in freezer compartment for 1/2 hour. Remove and slice it breadthwise to long thin slices using bread knife or any sharp knife. Trim the crusts. Flatten each slice with a rolling bin gently. Apply a thin layer of butter on top. Spread little mint chutney. Put one more slice on top as another layer. Apply butter and then tomato chutney. Roll it from one end to the other carefully. Put in a plastic cover or wrap it in a aluminium foil and keep in freezer compartment for 1/2 an hour. Remove and slice into circles, garnish and serve immediately.
