Sambar Podi
Ingredients:
- red chillies 200 gm
- coriander 50 gm
- cumin 25 gm
- urad dal 10 gm
- chana dal 25 gm
- toor dal 10 gm
- par boiled rice 10
- pepper 10 gm
- fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
- asafoetida 1 tsp
- curry leaves 1 sprig
- whole turmeric 2
- salt 1 tbsp
Method:
Fry each ingredients separately till golden brown. Pound them in a mill.
