Rose Rhapsody
Ingredients :

Rose petals 6 cups

Sugar 400 gm

Water 1 cup

Honey 1 tbsp

Lime juice 2 tbsp
Method:
Select any fragrant variety of rose (though edward rose or panneer rose
is more suitable). Remove petals; wash and drain. Prepare sugar syrup of
one string consistency; add the petals and keep stirring till the mixture
attains jam consistency. Remove and add honey and lime juice and mix thoroughly
and bottle. To make a cook drink, add 1 tbsp of this jam to a glass of
milk and whisk thoroughly in a blender and serve with crushed ice. It can
also be served as a sandwich filler.
