Ingredients:
- coconut grated 2 tbsp
- red chillies 3-4
- fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
- curry leaves to garnish
- oil 1 tsp
- curd 3 cups
- salt to taste
- coconut oil 1 tsp
Method:
Grind grated coconut along with fried fenugreek seeds and red chillies to a fine paste. Add this paste to the curd along with salt. Heat it in a medium fire stirring continuously. Donot boil.
Season with mustard seeds in coconut oil and add this seasoning to the curd mixture. Garnish with curry leaves.
