Grind grated coconut along with fried fenugreek seeds and red chillies to a fine paste. Add this paste to the curd along with salt. Heat it in a medium fire stirring continuously. Donot boil. Season with mustard seeds in coconut oil and add this seasoning to the curd mixture. Garnish with curry leaves.
